A Dallas, Texas, native, and currently Fort Worth's resident goofball, Rachel graduated from Texas Christian University with a BFA Musical Theatre degree in May 2020.
Rachel is constantly finding new ways to express herself as an artist. She has worked as an assistant director, stage manager, and other miscellaneous jobs backstage. She has held internships with some of the major equity theaters in DFW, including Dallas Theatre Center, Casa Mañana, and Circle Theatre (other theaters include Runway Theatre, Greater Lewisville Community Theatre, Onstage in Bedford, & Jubilee Theatre).
At TCU, she was a member of Alpha Psi Omega, a theatre Honors Fraternity on campus. She served as one of the Benefit Concert Chairs which fundraises for Broadway Cares/ Equity Fights Aids. Most recently, Rachel created an organization called Black Excellence; an affinity group for the African- American students within Theatre TCU to connect with local black theatrical professionals in DFW and those that come through the city on National Tours. Find out more about this organization on my "Passion Projects" page.
